EON is a Zurich-founded advisory practice for businesses, executives and owners expanding between Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
We set up the company, run its tax and accounting, move its people and help the owners with property, wealth and succession. One team holds the whole picture, so a decision in one country does not create a problem in another.
We work in English and Chinese, from offices in Zurich, Hong Kong and Dubai.
How we deliver
A core team backed by a partner network
EON works as a hub. Our core team leads every engagement: we plan the work, set the timetable, review the output and remain your single point of contact from start to finish.
Specialist and regulated work is carried out by established partner firms in each jurisdiction we cover, under our coordination. This gives you local expertise and licensed execution in every country, without having to manage a dozen advisers yourself.
Law firms and notaries
Incorporations, contracts, corporate changes and notarial deeds in each country.
Auditors and local accountants
Statutory audits, local filings and payroll where a licensed local firm is required.
Immigration lawyers
Residence and work permit filings, with more than 7,000 cases handled across our network.

Chelsea Chen
Founder & Managing Director
Chelsea founded EON after 15 years in international tax, finance and operations. She began her career with a Big Four firm and went on to lead finance and operations for the European business of a multinational company, building its teams from the ground up.
She advises founders, groups and families on corporate structuring, international tax, real estate and cross-border wealth across Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa.
Chelsea is a Fellow of ACCA and a STEP member (TEP), and holds the FMVA and PMP designations. She is an alumna of the University of Queensland, the University of Amsterdam and the University of Cambridge, and works in English and Chinese.
